Eat Less C.R.A.P. Eat More FOOD Challenge

Monday I will be launching my next Free 7 Day Accountability Group focused on Clean Eating!!

The group will be supported by 3 coaches, Coach Christy from Living Confidently, our new coach Kayla and myself.  Each bringing different perspectives to the group, Christy just completed a month long cleanse called the Ultimate Rest and she is a big fitness buff, Kayla is a new coach, and excited to help other  and myself, a lover for food and creating new recipes with a focus on helping others too!  We are teaming up to offer 7 Days of (plus a few days of prep) accountability, recipes ideas, motivation, and support.

Here are the details of the challenge.

We will spend the 7 days eliminating these things from our diet

  • NO ALCOHOL
  • NO COFFEE (USE GREEN TEA INSTEAD)
  • NO PROCESSED/PACKAGED FOODS
  • NO TRANS FATS
  • NO SOY
  • NO HYDROGENATED OILS
  • NO ADDED SUGARS – AND STAY IN THE 30-50 GRAM/DAY RANGE WITH FRUIT/NATURAL SUGARS)

We also know that everyone is an adult so although  we encourage everyone to follow the above rules, we know that not all of it is achievable and people will need to make personal decisions. (ie, caffeine addiction is real, and we don’t want challengers to be sick during the challenge.), but we encourage them to strive to spend the next 7 days without these things. The 7 days is meant to help jump start clean eating habits!

Each day of the challenge, our challengers are required to check in on the following:

N: What they ate for the day.
W: How much water they consumed for the day.
F: Fitness for the day.
And how they are feeling for the day.

We look for all the sharing to create a group of chatty-Kathy’s that can share and encourage each other.  One of my favorite parts of the sharing is learning new recipes or seeing the meals everyone puts together. Its always inspires me to try to things in my diet!

I run one of these groups every 2 or 3 months because it helps not only others but myself jump start my diet and remind me of focus on whole foods, and cutting out the C.R.A.P!
