I have a confession,
or maybe 10…
1. Bacon can be prepared at EVERY meal.
2. I always have a BACKUP stock of Flour to my back up stock of flour.
3. NO fridge can be without a dozen eggs.
4. I ALWAYS save 2 heaping spoonfuls of cream cheese frosting to eat later.
5. I am the EXECUTIVE chef in my kitchen. If you ask to help- helping will normally involve cutting, cleaning or prepping some ingredient. I am not bossy, I am just particular 🙂
6. Homemade pie crust will NEVER compare to store bought.
7. I ENVY my mother’s baking and grandmother’s cooking abilities.
8. If I do not know how to cook or bake something I will consult NO LESS than 4 sources; the Internet, my Mother, my Father, then my Grandmother & Grandfather (many times both of them are on the phone together)- in that order.
9. Farmer’s Markets maybe the BEST TREND of the 21st century.
10. I burn myself AT LEAST once per week.
