Married Woman Here

Wedding Photo Edited 1

I AM MARRIED!

Well I have been for 7 months now, but it still doesn’t feel real.

Who would have thought that was going to happen when I started introducing “The Boy” on the blog? Fast forward almost 4 years and I am still throwing my ideas out in the the obis, and “The Boy” has been promoted to “The Hubby”!  That is his official title.  He is going to remain nameless, just like Mr. Big on SATC, and you don’t find out until the last scene in the last episode that his name is John. Maybe the final act of this blog (someday way off in the future) will be to reveal The Hubby’s name. Or who knows, I may have already slipped in an earlier post and called him by name. I can be like that.

But for now, we are going to call him The Hubby, because that is exactly who he is now!

Still wake up each day not feeling like we really did it, we are married.  The whole dating, falling in love, getting engaged, planning a wedding, having a wedding, going on a honeymoon…. all those life events are over.  I am not saying all these moments aren’t unforgettable, I just feel like they flew by like a blink of any eye.

So while I am traveling for work, and not really sure how much I will be able to check in and create new posts, I thought it was a prefect time to create some recap posts for everyone. Photo and memory packed posts that will give you a peek into our big affair. And give me an opportunity to relive it all over again.

And maybe this time it will feel real. Probably not, but a girl can try.

XoXo,

Rachel
